and Internal)
Unit-III
Morale in Industry: Definition, aspects & influence of characteristics of high Moral and low Moral
Moral Methods of measuring moral
Unit-IV
Statistics: Normal Probability Curve, Sampling Norms.
Paper- B
Unit-I
Mental Hygiene and Mental Health: Concepts, Definition, Criteria of Mental Hygiene.
Factors affecting mental health Preventive Measures
Unit-II
Adjustment, Frustration and Stress: Meaning, Process, Criteria and Methods of
Adjustment, Meaning and Sources & Reactions to frustration
Definition and types of stress, Stress- Coping strategies
Unit-III
Classification of Metal disorders: (DSM-IV) Brief introduction to Psychoneuroses and
Psychoses. Difference between Psychoneuroses and Psychoses
Unit-IV
Treatment of Mental Disorders: Brief introduction of hypnotism, Free – association.
Freudian Psychoanalysis, Client Centered Therapy
Rational Emotive Therapy, Behavioural Therapy.
Field Work
Project Work or Major Case Study – (50 Marks)
(To evaluated by External Subject Expert)
Five Practical are to be conducted in the form of Testing, Observation,
minor case-study, survey or interview & Report Writing, (25 Marks.)
Students should get the work experience Certificate from the concerned
institute and it will be submitted during practical examination
Internal assessment will be of (25 marks).
