Ai Chi Course

Ai Chi, has been created by Jun Konno at the starting of the 90s, is a novel type of water bodywork that is performed in a pool of warm water. Its composition is more or less like a dance and it is made of a quiet movement taken from Tai Chi. The fluid movements of Ai Chi evokes the encircling shape of a circle and is synchronized with every breath.

Requirement: In order to enroll for this course the applicant should have completed minimum Watsu 1 Course


This course has got its recognition from WABA (Throughoutthe world Aquatic Bodywork Association) and provides fifteen hours of credit
