Aquawellness 1 for Watsuer Course

This course unites soft stretch, massage, release of joint along with energy & breath work in an exclusive way beyond & below water. Aqua wellness 1 puts its focus especially on under water movements, which is both very much soothing & refreshing.

The movements, which have been designed specially, will allow the whole spine to move backward and forward and allow the energy to flow again. Due to the weightlessness of body in water, the radius of joint movement becomes wider & the entire body can be made to move in a playful & new way.

Chronic physical ache and also the emotional tensions can be released. This type of therapy gives you an experience of a completely exclusive method of healing beneath the water. A journey that brings you back to your to your origins to the never ending depth of your inner ocean.

Requirement of this course:
In order to enroll for this course you are supposed to have completed at least a Watsu Fundamental & Aqua wellness Basic or a Liquid Flow fundamental course.


This course has got its recognition by WABA (Worldwide Aquatic Bodywork Association) and gives 25 hours of credit.
