Ashtang Yoga Course is offered for a duration of 120 minutes on weekdays except on Sundays. This course is divided into three categories i.e one is a Beginner course wherein basics of yoga are taught; second level in this course is meant for people who have some knowledge of the yoga and this level is Advanced level; the last level is In-depth level wherein complex postures and asanas are taught. This course is taught in three levels. One is of 3 week, other is of 5 weeks and the last is meant for 6 weeks. Below mentioned is the syllabus structure of the course.
