The following subjects are offered for B.A., Course:

GROUP I :
Languages for First & Second year B.A., :- (For First four semesters)

1. ENGLISH
2. KANNADA/HINDI/SANSKRIT/URDU

GROUP II : (Applicable to all the three years of B.A., Course)

1. HISTORY
2. ECONOMICS
3. POLITICAL SCIENCE / SOCIOLOGY

A Candidate who has passed the TWO Year pre-university Examination with any optional subjects or any other examination considered equivalent thereto by the university is eligible for admission to the courses.

However, for B.Com., preference will be given to the students who have studied commerce at the pre-university and for B.A., preference will be given to the students who have studied Arts subjects at the Pre-university.
