With the help of a team of highly qualified, experienced and dedicated staff and well-equipped laboratories the department provides excellent instruction in theory and practical. Lab facilities are provided in Electrical circuits, Control systems, Power electronics, Power System Simulation, Microprocessors and Measurement and Instrumentation. Separate A.C and D.C. machine labs provide ample practical expertise. To keep pace with recent advances, softwares like MATLAB, PSPICE, CASPOC, ETAP and PSCAD are also used.
