B.E.:Electrical and Electronics Engineering

The course has well qualified faculty members specialized in Power Systems, Power Electronics, Electrical Machines etc., who strive for establishing a centre of excellence in technical education which in turn will bring out technocrats with superior skill and social commitment. The department has well equipped laboratories such as Electrical Machines Lab, Control and Instrumentation Lab, Power Electronics Lab, Electrical Workshop and Simulation Lab for imparting practical knowledge and improve the skills of the students. Many students are members of Professional Associations like IEEE, ISTE. An IEEE student's chapter is installed in the college which conducts Technical Quiz and Seminars regularly.

Under the aegis of the Society of Electrical & Electronics Engineers, various co-curricular activities like symposia, quiz, seminars and debates are organized among the students at various levels to mould them in taking up challenging assignments in the highly competitive global scenario. The Association also arranges educational tours and industrial visits.
