B.E (Electronics & Communication)

Department of Electronics & Communication (EC) was formed in 1998 to meet the engineering manpower requirement in the emerging fields of Communication & Electronics. The course curriculum has been so designed as to meet the industrial needs. The Department has well equipped laboratories with required software & hardware. As part of the course curriculum the students have to complete a project with industry in their last semester. For project work, the students are sent to renowned Industry / Organization such as ISRO, Reliance Infocomm, Tata Infocomm, BSNL, L & T, ERDA, etc.

Besides the studies, EC students have participated in various events at National level Technical competition regularly and have won prizes. EC Club has been formed and very active. Numbers of activities are being conducted by the EC Club.

The first two batches of EC passed out in June 2002 and June 2003 with 100% result. Majority of the students are either employed or have proceeded for further studies abroad. Our students have been employed in reputed organizations like TCS, PCS, Infosys, Wipro, Reliance Infocomm, etc.
