The H. K. Kalchuri Education Trust, Bhopal known as LNCT GROUP began with the aim of providing educational opportunities to the deserving and under-privileged. Its first step towards the goal of imparting quality education was CHOUKSEY ENGINEERING COLLEGE 1ST Private institute of Bilaspur (C.G.). The H. K. Kalchuri Educational Trust establishes this Engineering College in 2001 under the leadership of J.N. Chouksey (Managing Trusty & Chairman).

H. K. Kalchuri Education Trust is a prominent state-level organization which addresses the concerns and issues of the minorities in the state. With an active presence in all districts of Chhattisgarh, H. K. Kalchuri Education Trust recognized the need to provide opportunities for technical education to the under-privileged. Thus CHOUKSEY ENGINEERING COLLEGE (B.E.) was born.

Following this, H. K. Kalchuri Education Trust expanded its foray in the educational sphere by establishing M.B.A., M.C.A., PHARMACY, and M. Tech Courses. Under the banner of CEC, these courses seek to provide students with a strong foundation of education and life skills.
