B.A IN ENGLISH

The Dept of English is one of the oldest departments in the college, and has offered English Major (Honours) ever since its inception in 1948. It has the proud distinction of having as its Head, the founder Principal of Jai Hind College, Prof TM Advani.

The two senior most members of the Dept (as of the college) Dr Roshan Shahani and Dr Govind Shahani have had teaching experience of 37 years and 35 years respectively. They were recognized Phd and M.Phil guides.
