The Department has been extending training programmes for college principals, programme officers, supervisors, Volunteers, instructors and master trainers . The focus of training is on concepts, methods , problem and strategies to handle problems in organizing adult and continuing education programmes. the department also organizes short term courses of 1-3 months duration each session. This Department Has started two courses from the academic year 1995-1996 and is going to start a new course from the current session.
