B.A. Sanskrit

BA (Hons) Sanskrit, which is a three-year UG course, is all about acquiring in-depth knowledge of Sanskrit language, right from the ancient times to the present era. The students are enrolled to this course according to their marks in the 10+2 level exam. Students can opt for pursuing postgraduate course in the subject, after completing BA (Hons) Sanskrit course or the candidate can go into the field of research of ancient manuscripts written in Sanskrit, after completing the undergraduate programme. One can also prepare for UPSC, with Sanskrit as optional subject.
