B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering

Biomedical engineering is a vast and rapidly growing field. On one hand it deals with medical equipments used for diagnosis and prognosis of human health and on the other it deals with the application of engineering systems for detection and monitoring of biological signals, creation of new materials to be used inside the body, devices used as orthotics, prosthetics and artificial organs. It also deals with the manufacture, maintenance and installation of diagnostic, pathological, ICU, cardiac, ECG, EEG, life saving equipment.
