The Department is accreditated twice by NBA, New Delhi.5 Projects of final year students have been approved with financial assistance by KSCST for student project programme - 33rd series.

IT Department Provides well equipped Laboratories, department Library & 2 Mbps leased line internet facility shared from Common Computer Center. The department endows an
IT-Forum which nurtures & motivates the students to open the new vistas of their hidden talents & to be pragmatic and creative in all their Endeavour's. The department possesses the following Laboratories:
