B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

The Department of Mechanical Engineering established in 2004, has been instrumental in moulding the careers of its students and helping them to become world class professionals.

The department offers the BTech degree course with an intake of 60 students. At present the department has 12 faculty members headed by Prof E. Venkata Subba Reddy.

The Mechanical Engineering Department Laboratories are equipped with the state of the art equipment for training and research. An efficient team of highly qualified, trained and dedicated professionals have assembled to provide quality training in all most all the fields of Mechanical Engineering.

Proposals are there to convert the student workshops into small time production units, in order to cater the equipment and other allied needs of the College like furniture, pipe lines etc. The workshops are at their best to support the students of other branches also in fabricating their innovative ideas or working models for academic use and to display them at seminars, workshops, exhibitions on various occasions.
