B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Mechanical Engineering Department was established in the year of 2006-07 with the objective of budding mechanical engineers who will be confident enough to face the challenge of the global technological advancement and lead our country in direction of becoming superpower, the process already been started.
To realize this objective, the department has well experienced teaching staff along with well-equipped modern labs.
The department organizes various industrial visits regularly to impart the practical online industrial knowledge to the students so that the students are well acquainted with the industrial environment and present industrial demands.
The department has formed MESA (Mechanical Engineering Students Association) and personality development forum to conduct various activities like expert's lecture, personality development, conferences & Seminars, workshop, group discussion, debate etc. to encourage the students to develop their leadership qualities.

Mission

The mission of the department of Mechanical Engineering is to train undergraduate students into confident, Professional and socially responsible Mechanical Engineers who are willing to learn continuously while applying their knowledge for betterment of quality of life of fellow beings. The head of the department and all faculty members conscientiously commit to realize this in every aspect of teaching-learning process.
