The college offers 13 post-graduate courses and 11 under graduate courses.Catholicate College Pathanamthitta is a constituent first grade college of Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam and re-accredited with B ++ status by the NAAC. It was established in 1952 as the pioneer institution of higher education of the Malankara Orthodox Church.
