The three-year regular degree in Commerce (B. Com) was started at Christ University in 1969. Presently, the department has about 1100 students. The commerce alumni of Christ University includes many prominent personalities in business, management, chartered accountancy, showbiz, sports and cinema. The department offers an advanced syllabi through learner-centred teaching methods such as case studies, role play, simulations, field visits and project work. Besides the regular program, the department also offers value added academic, extra-curricular and co-curricular programs.
