Bachelor of Computer Applications

The programme of BCA or Bachelor of Computer Application is a fulltime degree program of 3 years. It consists of 6 sems, 2 sems each year of studies. It is under Commerce deptt..

Univ. Exam Patterns:

The exam will be of 3,600 mark divided into 3 part as given here :

The written exam having eighty mark of 3 hrs. duration for each paper will be conducted at the end of each sem. The day-to-day session attendance, tutorial, test and term end exam carries twenty marks. For lab. papers, (Sem 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5) there will be practical exams of eighty marks & vivavoce exam of twenty numbers. For a peper on Project work by the end of Semester-VI, a Project Report will be assessed for eighty number & twenty numbers for candidate oral presentations.
Standards of Passing

An applicant will have to score forty percent numbers in the each head of the exam that is univ. exam & term end exam. An applicant has to score min. thirty two out of eighty in the Univ exam & eight out of twenty in internal exam.
Awarda of Class

A class will be given to the students based on the total numbers scored by him/her in all the 3 years3. (Year 1, 2 & 3 ).
