Targets -

To formulate between teacher a clear apprehension of the psychology of their learner.

To allow them realize the procedure of socializations;

To formulate in them the skill for regulation & counseling's;

To allow them to promote innovative thinking between candidates for the renovation of comprehension;

To familiarize them with the factor & force (Within the schools & outsides) friendliness educational systems & classroom situation;

To familiarize them with educational need of special group of pupil;

To allow them to make use of community resource as educational input;

To build up communication skill & the application of the recent IT;

To allow them to take on act study & make use of new practice; &
