The IEC Institute of Hotel Management was started under the aegis of the Vocational Education Foundation (VEF) in the year 2007. The course at IEC IHM would be rewarding and transforming. Its reputation of being a place offering high quality professional education is spreading in India as well as in other parts of the world. IEC is proud of its increasing family of 500 foreign students belonging to 30 countries and is happy that they feel quite at home on-campus.

Our goal is to create an environment where students learn how to tackle difficult, complex problems --- by probing, discussing, and integrating, working together towards an understanding, much deeper than ever could be achieved on their own. Students learn what it feels like to exercise judgments, make decisions, and take responsibility. In doing so, they must sharpen their skills of effective communication and be able to persuade, synthesize, and adapt.
