(1) Candidates belonging to all categories for admission to the B.Sc. degree course in Nursing (Basic) should have passed at the qualifying examinations (academic stream) after a period of 12 years of study with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Botany & Zoology.

(2) Individual pass in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Botany & Zoology (both Theory & Practical) and English with a minimum of 35% marks in each of the above subject and with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in Physics Chemistry, Biology & English is mandatory. Further 5% relaxation is permitted to SC/ST students for B.Sc. Nursing is accepted
