BBA in Tourism Management(Twinning Programme)
BBA in Tourism Management is undergraduate Twinning Programme and in this student have to study 2 year in Christ University and two years in NHTV Breda University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands.
NHTV is a higher education institution, located in the South of Netherlands, in the city of Breda. NHTV has a different twist on studying. Rather than ‘receiving’ education in the traditional manner, students design and direct their own plan of study. Each programme is delivered through a mixture of (guest) lectures, group assignments, field trips and internships. In this way, students are thoroughly prepared for their future (international) career.
The roots of NHTV lie in 1966, the year in which the Dutch Scientific Institute for Tourism (NWIT) was founded in Breda. The points of interest of this institute were tourism, recreation, languages and economics. In 1987 NWIT merged with the Academy for Traffic in Tilburg (VAT), which lead to NHTV. As a centre of education, research and knowledge, NHTV seeks to make a contribution to globalised society by training young people to become responsible professionals in conjunction with the international business community. Furthermore, the institute aims to create a stimulating workplace for both students and staff, so as to enable them to integrate knowledge and skills, to develop their talents to the fullest and apply these to society in a professional and responsible manner.
