Certificate in Project Management is a completely learning and support framework that facilitates the acquisition of basic skills of project management. The program is a learning solution that guides aspiring project managers in placing themselves in the context of daily practices of the project. PM addresses the issues of change and transition through out the project life cycle starting from need awareness, initiation, planning, implementation, control and close out in a most effective manner.

How CPM Works:
There are three steps of CPM program
* Ist step - Basic
Three day classes in OR
12 web-based sessions of 1.5 hours each (two sessions per week)
The class consists of intensive three days of training. Optional class, candidates can chose 12 web-based sessions with our mentors. Of any learning intervention is the basis for the learning process providing candidates with basic knowldege, techniques and tools for effective implementation of project management.

* IInd -step practice and application
Candidates self-learning using interactive topic provided in the learning portal. Meanwhile, work on the application of basic skills in their project, through the process of tools provided. This set of accompanying tools have examples of projects assigned to the learning process as a reference point. After completion of training candidate will present their practical application (in the toolbox PM) provided, and submitted to a test of knowledge of online assessment.

* IIIrd step - Reporting and feedback
Candidates will receive written information from the teachers of the program in its final implementation report. This report not only to evaluate and measure the performance of participants in continuing professional competence, but also provide information about strengths and areas for improvement. On successful completion participants with the necessary reference points are awarded certification.
