Certification course on Geographic Information System

Pre-registration is required. A completed registration form must be submitted for each attendee. To register, complete the attached registration form and return it with your payment. Class size is limited. Please register early to avoid disappointment. Payment should be made by cash in the Department at least 5 days prior to the start of the course. Email submission is acceptable as advance copy particularly for out-station applicants; however a paper copy need be produced to verify the (single) attested certificate that is requested along with 2 stamp size photographs.
