Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA ®) is a Cisco certification that provides understanding and abilities needed to installations, operating and troubleshooting a small to medium sized routed and switched network, for example the capability to apply and troubleshoot protocol to handle addresses and authentication, along with establish and troubleshoot connection to service provider over a Wide Area Network.
