Students can fine-tune their skills in full-fledged laboratories in tune with recent development. Model room and computer facilities were added to the department from direct central assistance under modernization and removal of obsolence from scheme of A.I.C.T.E. The department has a consultancy cell which serves the needs of Govt., and non-Government agencies and interact with these agencies. The cell has conducted skill based training program for masons, valve men and pump operators under integrated rural water supply and environmental scheme of world bank.
