Suitable for those who are in senior stage & rising leader, manager & other with head or managerial task.

This teaching does not endeavor to make manager or leader or supervisor into coach. The plan of the teaching is to center on instruction skill to support the leaderships set to study & modify their own behavior & guidance styles by include the newly learnt instruction skill. Contestants will go reverse to their realistic circumstances at occupation with a lively situation in intellect, thus experience how instruction skill creates them additional efficient within their every day operational surroundings.

* Behavior a positive education discussion
* Give positive feedbacks to their co worker & or team member
