This department offers three years, integrated, autonomous program leading to the Computer Aided Graduate Diploma in Interior Design.

Computer Aided Interior Design was born in September 1997.In this course; we have utilized computer, internet and multimedia as the platform. This was a first experience of its kind and turned out to be a very successful and popular amongst not only students but professionals as well. The beauty of this autonomous course is we can keep the curriculum updated on daily basis.

Initially the course was of 2 years duration, later it was converted into 3 years and now with increasing demand of students 1 more optional year is added. This was done with a view to fulfill a condition by foreign Universities for further studies. They require 12 + 4 education pattern. CAID provides the environment which brings out the inner values and true character of a student in form of a creative design. As computers have become indispensible in all fields of life, we have comprehensive course which is designed to make effective use of computers for interior designing.The intake is of 40 students for this course.
