This course includes the spiritual technique of practice which was firstly introduced by Krishnamachari & which was later developed by P. Jois & BNS Iyengar of Mysore. This demand a lot of physical activity which also includes ujjayi breathing with asanas & vinyasa to connect you with the postures. The accumulation of ujjayi breathing with vinyasa flow make the body heat which help in purifying the body and help in increasing the circulation & sweating.
