Course in Business Ethics and Communication Group

The Business Ethics and Communication Group focuses on two distinct areas:

* Human Values, Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility, and
* Managerial Communication that includes written and oral communication and foreign languages

Business Ethics area has been created to initiate teaching, research, and training and offer consultancy on Human Values and Ethics in Management. It tries to achieve an authentic synthesis of Western and Eastern (especially Indian) approaches to management by creating frameworks of knowledge and methods of application of the same in the context of existing management concepts and practices.

Communication area has been created to help sharpen the analytical skills of students in managerial decision making and equip them with real world communication concepts and skills. This area specifically focuses on improving written communication skills and helps develop proficiency in understanding dynamic communication in organizations with special emphasis on oral and non verbal communication.
