Course in Cisco Wireless LAN Fundamentals

The course is a part of Cisco Advanced Wireless LAN Design Specialist and Cisco Advanced Wireless LAN Field Specialist certifications. In this course you will learn the fundamentals of Cisco's wireless LAN (WLAN) technology through instructor-led training and instructor-assisted hands-on labs. Explore the concepts of stand-alone and controller-based access points and controllers, network management solutions, and security. Our version of this course provides updated hands-on labs covering the controller firmware release 5.2 as well as the Cisco WCS software release 5.2. In addition, Cisco Access Control Server (ACS) is used to support authenticating clients via EAP-FAST, EAP-PEAP, EAP-TLS, or Cisco LEAP

By the end of the course, candidates are expected to know the details of modulation, its techniques and how to use it in various antennas, in-depth knowledge about WLAN products and wireless bridges etc
