The rules of the game are changing every moment of the day. Age old organisational set-ups are making way for the smarter and leaner structures.The smart manager thus can either be a structural designer or a "virtual" outcast.

The course is concerned with developing insight into the sources of conflict in and around the organisation, dynamics of the conflict situation, and issues of personal styles in managing conflict effectively. Negotiation involves a process of interaction between and among parties in disputes. The course is a blend of lectures, role plays, exercises and games.
