Introduction
An organization is considered effective when it satisfies the interests of all its stakeholders. In other words, organizational effectiveness is the ability of an organization to successfully account for its outputs and operations to its various internal and external constituencies. Effectiveness is thus a key measure of success of an organization. In this course we examine the role of IT in ensuring organizational effectiveness.
In today's information age, it is becoming increasingly important for organizations to manage their information resources effectively.
