The objectives of this course are - to develop an ability to model complex organisational situations using a selected set of tools that facilitate organisational analysis; to develop competence in dealing with complex interrelationships between variables which influence events in organisation; to acquaint students with the approaches used by Behavioural Scientists in working with organisation in India.
