Flexible uses for most components including SMD, BGA CBGA, CCGA, CSP, QFN, MLF, PGA, Epoxy under filled. The Jovy RE-7500 uses complete reworking processes, including pre-heating, soaking, re-flow & cooling stages are achieved for an accurate and standard reworking process.

HEI-IR860 IR Rework

Uses Infra Red Rework Technology above and below the board for State of the Art Rework. No airflow to blow parts around.
