      •Address your client’s detoxification goals, assess their general state of health, and design a short-term personalised nutritional plan
      •Provide guidelines for a balanced intake of nutrients and hydration
      •Encourage your client to follow a varied diet and healthy lifestyle
      •Check on food and drink intake through questions and dietary journals
      •Follow up on successful changes in the diet and/or unplanned detractions
      •Monitor symptom and health improvements
      •Adjust an eating plan where necessary
      •Make your client aware of the detrimental effects of a poor diet and hazardous environmental pollutants
      •Inform your client about the benefits of proper nutrition, sleep, physical activity, and self-care
