Chouhan Education Society was established on 31st August 1991. The aims of the Society are:
To impart education.
To educate students of ST/SC.
To run technical education.
To run job oriented courses.
To make students self dependent.
To carry out and help in achieving the policies of government.
To enable the children of people living below poverty line and make them self reliant.
To render excellent education in science subjects.
To impart best education in electronics and computers to create best manpower in the field of industry.

Rajeev Gandhi College was established on 20th August 1994 by Chouhan Education Society to achieve the above aims and objectives. Excellent facilities have been provided for the students in the College. In addition education, students are trained and imparted in many other professional skills, which enable them to achieve self-reliance. During the Sessions students are also enlightened by lectures and speeches of eminent personalities to take best advantage out of them. In addition to education, the college ensures to develop character and ethics amongst the student community to establish themselves in the society. In the first year itself, the students of PG Diploma in Personnel Management of our college brought laurels by achieving first, second and third positions and achieved best results in Commerce among the students of Barkatullah University. In this was the results in Education have been excellent.

The Classes have been conducted in the premises of the College where new furniture, open grounds, neat & clean air, ventilation has been provided along with all other facilities for day to day activity.
