Course programme

This program mainly focuses on print journalism that is newspapers, television and journal. The program is conduct by specialized journalist from leading national daily, Television channels, FM station, & professionals & scholar of mass communications. The program covers the responsibility and functions of mass medias, the fundamental principle, practices & dependability of prints, Television and Radio journalisms. The participant will learns the fundamental skill of using languages correctly & productively & the stylist & technical skill of writings and present for Television, Radios & publication. The programs offer an exclusive chance for student to work together with specialized journalists, Television personality, RJ & other media person. Beside the examination and interview, every student has to issue least of 5 write ups to meet the criteria for the diploma.

The program comprise of 12 modules. In includes 220 sessions or say 22 credits which make the students entitled for the diploma.

For this program the student should have passed the 12th class & above, they should have the experience of still photography with audiovisual media & should have good English. Students are selected on test and interview basis.
The program will consists of 45 training weeks straddling 2 semesters. 4 to 5 days a week of classes are held. Timings for demonstration and practical exercise will be notified from time to time and will usually last for the entire day.
There will be film screenings every week for the first two months. Attendance is compulsory for all lectures, film screenings and other group activities.
80% attendance is compulsory in each module
