Diploma in Manufacturing Technology

Diploma in Manufacturing Technology course aims to provide students practical training to handle conventional machine tools. After the completion of the course students will be able to play the role of a supervisor in the organization of mechanical manufacturing. This course will also equip students to perform maintenance related tasks in a factory and also understand the process of steel manufacturing.

Syllabus:
Theoritical part

Material Strength, Quality Control and Metrology , Industry and production Management, Heat and Surface Treatment, CNC Technology. English, Applied Science, Maths, Engineering Drawing, Production Technology, Material Technology.

Practical:

Heat Treatment, Maintenance and Design office. Exposure to CNC Machine Operation, Low Cost Automation. Bench Work Including Advanced Fitting, Machine work with usual and Special Machines Training.
