Overview:
‘English Accent Training’ is designed for job seekers in International Call Centre’s / BPOs for the roles of Technical Support Associate, Customer Support Associate, and Process Trainee etc. The trainee’s undergoing this program will learn to use a neutral English accent. They will be able to speak an accent that can be easily understood by people across the globe. The training program comprises of a combination of interactive sessions, presentations, role plays, assignments and evaluations, regular practice and feedback.

Practical Exercises Reading exercises to practice pronunciation and articulation Spoken communication exercises like extempore to practice rate of speech, pausing, variation and tone of voice Regular presentations on various topics to get more clarity in the thought processes Assignments that help enhance learning beyond the classroom sessions
3. Assessments Pre-training assessment at the start of the training feedback Individual feedback on a regular basis during the sessions based on activities and assessments Post-training assessment conducted on the final day of the training program
