The curriculum is designed meticulously to train and translate knowledge gained into practical application. All successful participants of the Executive program will have the required skills to join the in-house IP team of the Corporate, engaged in patent related work.

• Legal Professionals (LL.B. & LL.M.) with technical background

• Candidates must be sufficiently proficient in English to participate.

Please Note:

1. This program follows the case study based method of teaching. It will involve extensive hands-on exercises, critiquing and feedback sessions by program mentors. Focus will be on Software, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical and Drugs related patents.

2. The last three weeks of the program are dedicated for projects, aimed at providing specialized skills to the participants.
