What I would highlight: Their UX programme was great and I had an amazing time learning things and getting a hands-on experience. I enjoyed my time like anything. It was super amazming, and I had a deeper understanding about the subject matter. It was a good time in all, thanks for everything.

What I would highlight: You work as if you're already working in an agency. You get to experience the hand off process and experience interdepartmental dynamics. It's everything you want to see everyone succeed, so you gain some priceless relationships. It'srelatively small teams means there's no room for slackers and everyone learns fast together.
