This unique program addresses the matter of efforts vs. productivity. Applicants are placed in situations with some time & resources & must rely on their group to achieve their targets. The pressures and anxiety knowledgeable in this program are identical to those experienced daily in a frantic work agenda. Applicants compete with deadlines, an apparent deficiency of resources, others’ point of view & the pressure to just do anything while trying to achieve group targets.
Teams are required to rush to compete alongside each other in this demanding race across the desert. Fight the elements to get to the mountains to mine for as much gold as likely & return home lively. Groups are obligatory to be as prolific as possible with limited time & resources. Applicants will experience the advantages of group work, preparation, setting of goals & taking essential risks.
