The institute had made a beginning by introducing two-year full time postgraduate degree in business administration (MBA) GSIMR is the first ISO certified institute in the whole of M.P. Among one of the recent developments is the introduction of certified course in IB for the management students within and outside the institute and for the corporate professionals as well.The institute is a self-finance institute and does not receive any grant from any authority. The institute has a distinction of having been accorded permanent affiliation by Devi Ahilya University and accreditation by AICTE. As such; it is a fully recognized institution with DAVV awarding MBA degree offered by the institute. Further it has wide support from industrial and business units for implanting training and placement.In the era of MBA colleges springing up like mushrooms, GSIMR is set apart by its world-class faculties and exposure provided by extra-curricular activities.
