Indiana Institute of Management & Development (IIMD) has been established to carve a niche in Management education & has embarked on innovative programs.

IIMD is an authorized Learning Centre of SIKKIM MANIPAL UNIVERSITY to impart all its IT and Management programs through Distance Learning.

Teaching pedagogy is based on a unique & experimental pattern, we adopt “Challenge Everything” for innovation and spreading of knowledge which relates students to the current corporate Issues.

Institute offers its “Career Development Program (CDP)” by the Chief Mentor and Guide as a powerful tool to train students to build their core strengths and to represent themselves in positive light to the outside world; these Programs will make them desirable to the employers by training them on the key Employability Skills. As more and more corporations opt for India as a destination, it is imperative that the professionals of tomorrow understand the need of developing "Soft Skills" which augment their technical abilities.
