Supply Chain & Retail Management (SCRM) course introduces the concepts and techniques related to the design, planning, control and improvement of SCM, special inputs for managing, its retailing aspect. The focus is to understand the concepts of Supply Chain and Retail Management (SCRM), organizational needs towards SCM, decisions related to operations of SCRM, modeling and design tools in SCRM, value of information & IT-enablement of SCRM.
