This program will help participants prepare for patent agent examination. Program will help you understand the patent act 1970 and its applications in solving case study based problems which appear in paper 2. We will help you prepare all objective type questions according to paper 1. Special Emphasis will be put on learning specification drafting by our experts. We will help you prepare for viva voice from technical and interview facing perspective. Suitable for: Following are the eligibilty criteria to appear for the Patent Agent Examination 2012-. (a) he is a citizen of India. (b) he has completed the age of 21 years. (c) he has obtained a [degree in science, engineering or technology from any university established under law for the time being the force] in the territory of India or possesses such other equivalent qualifications as the Central Government may specify in this behalf, and, in addition,-. (d) he has paid such fee as may be prescribed. ( Rs. 2000 along with Form 22 )
