This programme has been designed to provide detailed training in Ayurveda with Yoga background. The training is based on genuine treatises - 'Ashtanga Hrudayam' with orientation to 'Samhithaas' in Ayurveda & 'Gheranda Samhitha' & 'Hathayoga Pradeepika' in Yoga. Students will get good training in around all Ayurveda therapy & Yoga. The study of Sanskrit is very necessary to have the knowledge with genuine scriptures. It makes student capable of passing one to pass the trainig to others & use in health methods.
