ISO 9001:2008 FOUNDATION TRAINING COURSE

This program meant to improve understanding of auditing techniques using models, interactive classes, candidates will improve practical skills, improve evaluation and communication, improve reporting ability and the ability to increase the application disciplinary process program.

After complete this program candidates will:

* Get information of ISO 9001:2008.
* Understand the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standard.
* Gain an introduction to the process for certifying a quality management system
* Understand quality management definitions, concepts and guidelines.
* Explain the purpose, content and interrelationships of ISO 9000, ISO 9001:2008, and ISO 9004
* Explain the main modifications in ISO 9001:2008.
* Be able to set quality objectives.
